Intellectual Property Rights Committee


Description


The Intellectual Property Rights Committee (IPR Committee) is responsible of defining a framework for trading or sharing rights of own Intellectual Properties among participants as they relate to COST Action TD1105. As such the Committee will pursue the following activities:
  • definition of a Letter of Expression of Interest (LOI) followed by a General Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) among all participants
  • collection, description and categorization of existing IPRs that individual members are seeking to share with other participants (Background IPR)
  • identification of Trade secrets and conflict of interest between participants that require definition of custom procedures
  • Identification of IPR recipients, partnership teams, and opportunities to develop new IP (Foreground IPR)
The end deliverable of the IPR Committee will be the definition of rules for engagement of identified partnership teams for the trade and exploitation of Background IPR and development of new Foreground IPR.


Objectives:

Definition of a IPRs Plan (standard) for Action.


Activities:
To take a care in background/foreground of IPRs in Action activities.
