Brief Curriculum Vitae

More than 10 years of experience in the field of environmental management, on duties related with air quality monitoring, interpretation of monitoring data in complex terrain, air quality modelling, and assessment of emissions reduction strategies to improve air quality in cities.
I am involved in contracts with governmental institutions and research and development (R&D) projects, all of them in the area of atmospheric pollution, some of these as principal investigator. My research work includes contribution in conferences, publications in peer–reviewed scientific journals, and publication of technical documents.
I work for the European Topic Centre for Air Pollution and Climate Change Mitigation (ETC/ACM), to assist the European Environment Agency in its support to EU policy on air pollution and climate change mitigation and to support further harmonising European monitoring networks and reporting obligations on air pollution and climate change.
