Electronic Engineering, tested and deployed across the UK (approx 250 in operation) continuously monitoring CO, O3, NO, NO2, Temp and RH;
- RF anechoic chamber & instrumentation for wireless antenna testing.
- Legacy UTMC systems (SCOOT, ANPR, Parking, Bluetooth, etc.) data are available for research to the School;
- 2 Meteorological stations;
- Modelling capability for: transportation planning, traffic assignment, traffic emissions (Webtag, SMartNet, realworld)
- Dispersion models (OSPM Canyon, ADMS and Airviro) for the counties of TeesValley, Durham, Tyne and Wear into Northumberland and Leicester City;
- Air quality models are available for Leicestershire, Leicester City, Gateshead and Newcastle;
- Precision NOx/NO2 analyser;
- Portable precision pollution monitoring equipments for indoor/outdoor measurements (CO, noise and particulates);
- 6 video cameras
- Radar speed meter
- Several GPS devices
