  • R&D in sensor systems for indoor air quality, modular odor assessment and security applications (fire detection, hazardous gases and chemical warfare agents)

  • Several automated test benches for gas sensor test and calibration; dedicated electronics for dynamic operation of gas sensors (TCO: temperature cycled operation; EIS: electrical impedance spectroscopy); reference measurement with portable FTIR spectrometer; high speed, high resolution thermal camera for microstructures
  • within the University: analytical equipment for gas sensor characterization (REM with EDX, FIB, XRD etc.); micro technology lab for manufacturing of microcomponents
