Year 4: Call for STSMs launched, September 2015

With this Fourth Call, EuNetAir is supporting the exchange of young researchers with high priority and secondly experienced scientists to establish new areas of scientific collaboration. Early Stage Researchers, pre- or post-doctoral researchers, involved the Action items, that would like to visit some Institutions of the participating European Countries, can be financially supported by EuNetAir (COST Action TD1105), applying for a Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM).

The STSMs Committee, chaired by STSM Coordinator (Dr. Jan Theunis, VITO, Belgium), in collaboration with Action Chair, assesses various submitted STSMs applications in different deadlines during Year 3 with at least 4 batches. The STSMs Committee has already approved some motivated STSMs.

With this first Call, EuNetAir is supporting the exchange of young researchers with high priority and secondly experienced scientists to establish new areas of scientific collaboration. Early Stage Researchers, pre- or post-doctoral researchers, involved the Action items, that would like to visit some Institutions of the participating European Countries, can be financially supported by EuNetAir (COST Action TD1105), applying for a Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM).

The STSMs Committee, chaired by STSM Coordinator (Dr. Jan Theunis, VITO, Belgium), in collaboration with Action Chair, has approved 11 motivated STSMs with total increased budget due to money saved from other Action items. This was an effort of the Action to support more Early Stage Researchers by the instrument of the Short Term Scientific Missions at high impact. Reports of the approved STSMs, after mission, will be available in the restricted area of these webpages and accessed by STSM Committee and MC Members/Substitutes, if requested.
